Admissions Appeal Timetable 2026

If your child has been refused a place in your preferred school(s), you have the right to appeal against this decision.

Appeal timetable for admissions to primary school for the 2026/2027 academic year:

Primary Reception intake (normal round of admissions) - member schools in Dudley

• Deadline for lodging appeals - 22nd May 2026

• Appeals lodged by the above date will be heard - mid-June through to July 2026

• Appeals received after the deadline may not be heard until - mid-September 2026 onwards
